Nibunam is an AI-powered marketing intelligence platform that provides:

• Market research and competitor analysis reports
• Performance marketing campaign strategies
• SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) audits
• AI-generated content calendars
• Social media performance analytics (via connected accounts)

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Social Media Account Connections

When you connect social media accounts to Nibunam:

• You authorize us to access your account data through official platform APIs
• We access your data in read-only mode — we do not post, modify, or delete any content
• You can disconnect any account at any time from your Nibunam dashboard
• You must comply with each platform's terms of service
• You represent that you have the authority to connect the accounts you link

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems
• Use the Service to generate content that promotes illegal activities, violence, or harmful substances
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated systems to excessively access the Service beyond normal usage
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without our permission

6. AI-Generated Content

Reports, articles, and strategies generated by Nibunam are AI-assisted and intended as strategic recommendations. While we strive for accuracy:

• AI-generated content should be reviewed before implementation
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of generated content
• You are responsible for verifying any data, claims, or recommendations before acting on them
• Generated content is provided for your use — you retain rights to content generated for your brand

7. Subscription and Billing

Nibunam offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

8. Intellectual Property

The Nibunam platform, including its design, code, AI models, and branding, is the intellectual property of Nibunam. You retain ownership of your brand data, uploaded content, and generated reports.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nibunam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance when possible.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
